THE REQUIREMENT

The experience continues beyond the screen.

A clear interface is only part of the journey. A request must reach the right team, an order needs current product information and a customer needs a reliable view of its status. We plan the experience and the operational handovers together, across Arabic and English interfaces.

PLANNING SCENARIOS

Connect each interaction to its next step.

A visitor requests a service

Help the visitor find the relevant capability, submit the required information and receive a clear acknowledgement while the request reaches the assigned team.

A customer places an order

Validate the agreed product and stock rules, track the payment outcome and pass a confirmed order to fulfilment, with a defined path for failed payment or unavailable items.

An existing customer follows up

Show authorised order or request information through the portal, coordinate status notifications and provide a route to the support team when intervention is needed.

From customer needs to a tested journey.

A documented handover

Final deliverables are agreed for your environment before implementation.

  • Customer-journey and channel map
  • Approved interfaces and content structure
  • Integration rules and journey-test records
  • Content-management and operational guidance

Before we begin.

Not always. We choose channels around customer tasks, frequency of use and operational needs. A responsive website may be sufficient, with an application added when it serves a defined requirement.

We assess available APIs, data access and vendor constraints before defining integration. We agree update frequency, ownership and what customers see when a connected service is unavailable.

We review supported interfaces, operational requirements and the providers you intend to use. Merchant onboarding, provider approval, fees and account activation remain subject to those providers; integration is tested before launch.

What should your customers be able to do online?

Tell us who your customers are, which channels they use and what happens inside your organisation after they submit a request or place an order.
